YAW-D microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo pressure tester is mainly used for compression test of cement, concrete, various building bricks, rubber pads, concrete components, metal components and other materials.
Two. Structural principles:
The machine is mainly composed of main engine, servo oil source, electric cabinet and computer printer. Hydraulic loading, oil pressure sensor, PC-electro-hydraulic servo control system are used to automatically control the test process. The test data and curves are displayed on the computer screen, which can be processed, stored and printed.
1. The main frame is a double lead screw frame structure, and the crossbeam is connected with the lead screw by the mounting screw. The lower end of the lead screw is firmly connected with the base through the clasp and nut. The motor mounted on the crossbeam drives the screwdriver to rotate through the sprocket chain, which can make the crossbeam move up and down after changing the rotation direction of the motor. The upper pressure plate is connected to the beam by screws; the pressure block fixes the cylinder in the center of the base; the piston and the worktable are connected by screws; the lower pressure plate and the spherical base are fixed on the worktable by the positioning pin. When the control oil enters the cylinder, the piston is pushed up along with the fixed working table and the lower pressure plate, so that the test force gradually acts on the sample.
2, the hydraulic principle is load adaptive throttle governing system. The hydraulic oil in the tank drives the Italian Mazucci high-pressure gear pump into the oil circuit through the motor, and flows through the unidirectional valve, high-precision high-pressure oil filter, pressure differential valve group, servo valve, into the oil cylinder. The computer sends out the control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow into the cylinder and realize the control of the constant speed test force and relative displacement.
