1、 Operating principle and characteristics
This HCCW Carbide Wear Resistance Testing Machine is developed in accordance with the requirements for testing the wear resistance of carbides specified in ASTM-B611-85 Test Method for Abrasion Resistance of Carbides (re-approved in 2005), through which the wear resistance of carbides can be determined. The machine is a precision electromechanical integrated design, composed of motor, driver, gearbox, test chamber, loading system and control system. This model of friction and wear testing machine adopts new manufacturing process and control technology. The force shall be applied stably and reliably; The rotation speed, number of revolutions and test time of the main shaft shall be controlled in a simple and stable manner.
