I. Product Introduction
This series is a hard-bearing horizontal dynamic balancing machine, which uses roller bearings and universal joint couplings for drive. The ordinary type is driven by a two-speed motor, while the "A" type is driven by a variable frequency motor and a frequency converter for speed regulation. The data is processed by an industrial control computer, and the color screen displays the unbalance value, phase angle, and real-time speed in real time. The bed is integrally casted for good stability. It is widely used in the industries of electric motors, blowers, diesel engines, agricultural machinery, textile machinery, etc. It can be used for balancing measurements on single, double, and multiple correction surfaces, and is suitable for shafts, disks, and center-of-gravity extended rotors. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, accurate precision, intuitive display, reliable quality, and convenient maintenance. The software has two calibration functions for ordinary workpieces and standard rotors, which overcome the shortcomings of other hard-bearing balancing machine measurement systems where users have difficulty calibrating the equipment themselves. There are also various measurement methods and functions such as coupling compensation function for selection. Parameter input, preview, test, result storage, printing, operation are all implemented using a Chinese menu structure with human-computer interaction and automatic prompts.

★The measuring system has powerful performance: arbitrary workpiece calibration, wide measurement speed range starting from 80 rpm, measurement speed block, stable imbalance amplitude and phase, high deweighting rate and separation ratio, high sensitivity
