I. Product Introduction
This series of horizontal hard-support balancing machines uses roller support and loop drag, with data processing by an industrial control computer, real-time display of unbalance values, phase angles, and real-time rotational speed. The bed is integrally cast for good stability. Due to the use of relatively soft flat belts to drag the workpiece, there is no additional unbalance interference, so the measurement accuracy is high and the structure is simple. It is widely used in the industries of electric motors, fans, diesel engines, automotive parts, etc. Balance measurements can be performed on single, double, and multiple calibration surfaces. It is suitable for shafts, disks, and center-of-gravity extended rotors. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, accurate precision, intuitive display, reliable quality, and convenient maintenance. It is the first choice for general dynamic balancing workpieces. The software has two calibration functions for ordinary workpieces and standard rotors, overcoming the defect that users of other hard-support balancing machine measurement systems have difficulty calibrating the equipment themselves. There are multiple measurement methods and functions to choose from, which can achieve parameter input, preview, test, result storage, printing, and operation in a fully localized menu structure. It has human-computer interaction and automatic prompts.

★The measuring system has powerful performance: arbitrary workpiece calibration, wide measurement speed range starting from 80 rpm, measurement speed block, stable imbalance amplitude and phase, high deweighting rate and separation ratio, high sensitivity
★The software comes with an imbalance calculator, and the operator only needs to enter the vibration accuracy level, mass, working speed, and radius points of the workpiece, and click on the calculation to obtain the grams of allowable residual imbalance of the workpiece
